Help Desk Officer MAC Specialist

Description
You will join Amaris as a consultant and be part of a team coordinated by your manager.

As a Helpdesk, you will provide your expertise in innovative, long term project within highly challenging environments:
– Troubleshooting on networking, hardwares, printers, scanners, desktop setup and software, etc.
– Stock management.
– Software installation.
– Support on security issues like password recovery, Intranet /application access.
– Provide support on Information System updates.
– Stock management locally and keep hardware tracking updated.
– Implementation and content update of trainings / wikis / FAQs.

Your profile
– Master’s degree in computer science/ engineering or a bachelor degree with a first experience within a similar function.
– Expertise on MAC is required.
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar level1/2 helpdesk support position.
– English and French fluent are mandatory.
– Good communication skills.
– Team Player.
