REQUIRED LANGUAGES : CHINESE and ENGLISH

Provide technical support for problem resolution of corporate-wide applications. This position involves both analytical and technical familiarity with computer,phones,tablets, IOS -based systems and communications, and a total familiarity with the corporate physical structure.
Monitor incoming problem sheets. Provide coverage of the Help Desk incoming cases. Manage user accounts, troubleshoot hardware/software problems,

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB :
Cover the Help Desk incoming, emails and web-entry tickets.

Monitor incoming problem sheets and either handle the problem, get assistance to handle the problem or assign the problem to someone else as appropriate.

Create/delete network accounts including setting up email and folder permissions.

Maintain general network permissions by providing additional folder accesses as requested and setting up users for Remote Desktop Applications.

Troubleshooting and configure mobile phones and tablet devices.

This position requires the ability to handle stress, interrelate positively both orally and in writing with others, the ability to attend work and be punctual as well as work overtime when required.

Attend meetings and trainings as required.

OTHER DUTIES OF JOB :
Perform other related duties as assigned and required.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, TRAINING OR CERTIFICATION :
MINIMUM REQUIRED: 1 Year HelpDesk activities Technical Degree or equivalent job related experience

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
Minimum of one (1) year experience working with computer hardware and software applications.
Strong computer proficiency in software, word processing and spreadsheets.
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills are also required.
A willingness to learn is also required.
