Think Tank recrute Senior Talent acquisition specialist

Essential Responsibilities:


-Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.

-Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.

-Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.

 **Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.


– Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

  ** Brand employer:

Represent the company internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship-building with potential candidate communities. (Career fairs, universities/ recruiting events…).

-Lead employer branding initiatives.

-Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

  **Documentation: Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.

 Requirements and skills:

-Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

-Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

-Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates

-Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
